It does look like William Katt, but I don't think Katt ever appeared naked on film. It's probably a less well-known actor in a s movie. I 'think' that is Ron Yarborough. He did a nude centerfold for Playgirl back in the 70's. He showed up in a lot of later Playgirl collections, and on the internet.
