Did she get a boob job? Member since June Did Laura San Giacomo get boob job or something? They weren't so large in the early 90's. It got to the point on JSM that she had to regularly wear sweatshirts on the show because they were so enormous which would thus detract from her acting because people would be paying attention to her large boobs and not to what she's saying. Her boobs are larger than most woman in Hollywood that got implants! She's such a petite woman that it's a pretty amazing that her breasts got to be the size they got to be if they are natural, which I'm guessing they are considering that they sag quite a bit.
